Samuel Payne
01:08:23
Dr. Crandall - what happens when someone is ‘fired’? Are they put on another team? Start a new project alone?
Gale Larson
01:08:46
Awesome idea, Arline! And great practice for the MBA students, as well!

Ali Crandall

Samuel, it depends on the situation. If they haven't put in the effort then they get a 0 on the project unless I feel that an alternate assignment is appropriate. Firing can only happen with repeated and persistent failure to do the work.
